Leaving the marina's croisette (east side of Marina Baie des Anges), you reach the cycle path. After the nautical centre and the promenade, here we are in the residential district of the Bouches du Loup, already very renowned during the Belle Epoque.
A passage reserved to pedestrians and cyclist under the motorway avoids moving into the big trunk roads and leds us toward a green landscape, the one of the banks of the Loup.

Along the little river, the area of the Plans open up to us, wide area where prospered in the past rich growings (tobacco, flowers, carrotts, mulberry for the silkworm's breeding...) Today a few farming and nursery gardens still remains, close to sporty structures and schools. The Parc des Sports roundabout offers the best view on the Provençal village dominated by the medieval castle. Following the track, we will get to the entrance of the Parc des Rives du Loup.

But the walk is not finished, Villeneuve-Loubet invites you to continue it. Nearly 4 km of cycle path have been made up on the rest of the city (map available at the Tourism Office), and the departmental park of the Rives du Loup proposes 1,2 km of path, in the middle of a riverside vegetation…
